"Solid" Food

Rice cereal...mommy and daddy have been anticipating this for months now! Laine's first "solid" food was one tablespoon rice cereal mixed with five tablespoons milk--very runny. We started Laine out in her Bumbo chair, but as you've seen she likes to lean over and eat her feet when she's in it, so the remaining bites were given in her bouncy seat. (That was a whole other issue, as you can imagine!)

Laine LOVED the rice cereal. After every bite, she would laugh and shriek with delight! She also loved the Beaba spoon--to Laine it was another teething toy.
