More Visitors!

All the AGD's made their way out to our house, one at a time! (I think they each wanted their own personal time with Laine!)
Jen visits in November, and gets some practice for her own baby boy, arriving soon!

Carrie visits a few weeks before Christmas.

Leslie visits just after the New Year. Laine was not too cooperative that evening, and would scream if anyone even looked at her! We kept her plugged with her paci.

Carr (um, Shannon) came for a visit mid-January. She is my "Grand-Sis" in the sorority, so I tried to convince her that she is Laine's Great Grandma, but she scoffed at that title. I think we'll just go with "Auntie Carr."

My good friend from junior high, Dakota, came to visit with her new little one, Grace. As you can see, we waited too long before taking photos. Grace was more interested in what was on tv, and Laine was offended that I put her on the floor.

Two Month Checkup

Laine's two month stats were 24.5 inches long and 12 pounds, 15 ounces. She was in the 95th percentile for weight and above the 95th for height. We think she'll be taller than her mommy someday!
At our pediatrician's office, they have huge mirrors next to the exam tables. We put Laine down on her tummy and she was very curious about the baby looking back at her.

At first, we supplemented Laine's nursing with a bit of formula, just a few times. Suddenly one evening, she decided it may be more of an acquired taste for some.
