Laine attended a fun birthday party for Tyler Rose. It was held at The Little Gym in Seattle, and we had to prepare Laine for the fact that her teachers wouldn't be there and it might be a bit different. She had a great time, and I was so proud of her as she said her name boldly and tapped the teacher's tamborine, just like in her class. She wasn't much put off by the new faces, which isn't always the case.

Napkin in the lap; always proper.Tyler had quite a fun time--I have never seen such a red face! All the kids were wound up but the birthday boy was so flushed--it was very cute! Cupcakes and juice were a welcome reprieve.
